Dirt work in Felt, Idaho
River country on the west side of the valley. Wet ground, long gravel lanes and lots that need drainage worked out before anything gets built.

Felt sits on the west side of Teton Valley near the Teton River, between Driggs and Tetonia. Ground near the river bottom can stay wet well into summer, and that shapes almost every job out here, from where a house can sit to how a driveway is built.
Drainage first
On wetter lots we start with where the water goes. French drains, swales, culverts and a raised building pad keep a foundation dry and a crawl space from flooding every June.
Gravel lanes that last
Many properties here sit at the end of a long gravel lane. We rebuild failing lanes with a crown, ditches and fresh gravel so they hold up through mud season.
Clearing and access
Willow, brush and sage along fence lines and access routes can be cleared with a forestry mulcher, with far less ground disturbance than a dozer.
Questions we get
Question 1My lot is wet. Can it be built on?
Often, with the right drainage and pad. We walk it and tell you what it would take before you commit.
Question 2Do you work near the river?
Yes, though work near waterways can need permits. We'll point you to what's required first.
