Dirt work in Alta, Wyoming
Just across the state line from Driggs, on the road up to the mountain. Steeper lots, deeper snow and Wyoming permits.

Alta sits just east of Driggs, across the state line in Teton County, Wyoming, on the road up toward Grand Targhee. Lots here climb toward the mountains, get more snow than the valley floor, and fall under Wyoming rules instead of Idaho's.
Wyoming permits
Permits in Alta go through Teton County, Wyoming, not Teton County, Idaho. Tell us your scope and we'll point you to what's needed before we start.
Slopes and drainage
Sloped lots need a pad cut so water runs around the house, not into it, and driveways graded so they're drivable in winter. We plan the grade with both in mind.
Snow
Snow comes early and stays late on the east side. We plow drives and private roads, stack snow where it won't block the next storm, and haul it off when there's no room left.
