CostWhat does excavation cost around here?
It depends on access, soil, how much rock we hit and how far material has to travel, which is why we walk the property before quoting. We don't post a flat rate. Request an estimate and you get a real number for your site, not a guess.
MulchingHow much is forestry mulching per acre?
Stem density, tree size and slope drive the price more than acreage does. Thin sage clears fast; dense conifer takes hours per acre. We price it after seeing the ground.
ScheduleHow soon can you start?
Frost, mud season and weather windows move schedules in Teton Valley, so the earlier you reach out, the better your slot. Send a request and we'll tell you where the schedule stands right now.
WinterDo you work through the winter?
It depends on the weather and the work. Frozen-ground digs, winter access and snow removal keep going through the cold months; other jobs are better lined up for a spring start. Tell us what you're planning and we'll give you a straight answer.
InsuranceAre you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured. We're glad to show proof of coverage before any work begins.
PermitsDo I need a permit?
Some work in Teton County does: driveway approaches, septic, and anything touching a county right-of-way or a waterway. Tell us the scope and we'll point you to what's required before we start.
UtilitiesDo you locate utilities before digging?
Yes. Idaho requires a Dig Line locate before excavation, and we call it in on every job.
